You are the business. You are your business. This is a truth you need to understand. The business is not about big warehouses or a lot of money in the bank. Once you know this, you can take your business to the next level. Too many people think they are limited by money, or other resources. But the real limitations are ignorance, and a poor work ethic. You are the only equipment you’ll ever need to do the things God has asked you to do. You are loaded. God has already equipped you with everything you need to be fruitful.
When the disciples of Jesus wanted to dodge feeding the multitudes, the Lord did not allow them. He commanded them, “you feed them.” When the children of Israel found themselves before the Red Sea, with the Egyptian army closing in. Moses began to pray for help. God told Moses to stop praying and to “Go forward.” Deliverance came by moving forward with faith. Stop avoiding responsibility. Stop looking for help from “big men”, and far away places. The key is to look within you, and find out what the Lord wants you to do right now.
The lack of progress in your work, career, business, or ministry is not due to a lack of resources. It is due to ignorance and a lack of work ethic. Hosea 4:6 teaches that people perish for a lack of knowledge. There is something you do not know. There are some things you don’t do. That is the root cause of your company’s problems. Your business will not function until you do. You can begin by praying for clarity on what progress and growth should look like. Then you get out there and make it work. As you walk in faith, you will see God’s mighty hand at work.
