Move Forward With Your Creativity And Spiritual Gifts

Creativity and spiritual gifts can be intangible, and even vaguely defined. You know you’re talented and gifted. But at the same time, it looks like nothing is happening. You’ve not done anything with the grace of God upon your life. It is normal to feel this way about your spiritual gifts. Spiritual things operate from a different dimension. You won’t necessarily feel powerful or different everyday, but you can be sure that you carry grace. This grace upon your life requires a physical medium or circumstances for manifestation. A bulletproof glass looks like any other glass, until someone shoots at it.

You will look normal until you put yourself in a position to manifest. When Elisha returned from the place of encounter. A place where he saw his father; Elijah being beamed into the heavens, he still looked normal. On getting to the River Jordan, he found a chance to check if the divine grace was now in operation or not. He reportedly shouted “Where is the God of Elijah?” As he demanded that the river part into two, just as he had seen Elijah do. There was always the option of doing nothing, or going to find a boat like every normal human being.

Your creativity and spiritual gifts are very real. But you’re yet to cry out like Elijah and demand results from yourself. When you faced your own River Jordan, you broke down in tears, doing nothing. Or you went to rent a boat like every other normal person. Apostle Paul charged Timothy to fan his gifts into flames. A charge to work hard with the divine gifts already given by heaven. It does not need to be large. It does not need to be perfect. But you need to start moving forward. Take a step of faith today.
