Are Your Daily Activities Contributing To Purpose?

The spirit realm is real. And spiritual things can be slippery. When you have a mission from God, you have to focus and be steadfast. It is easy to get lost on the road of destiny. One moment, you’re fully in destiny, and getting things done. The next moment, there is a shift, and one is out of divine purpose. Today’s major cities are hubs of activities. Major cities are so busy that they keep people working 24/7, and yet, nothing of purpose is achieved. You need to be honest with yourself, and ask whether you’re moving with purpose or you’re just lying to yourself.

When John the Baptist asked Jesus if he was the one who was promised or if they’re to wait for another. Jesus answered back in clear, practical ways. He asked the people John sent to him to “Go and tell John what you hear and see: the blind receive their sight and the lame walk, lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear, and the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them.” Jesus did not reply with prophetic statements and visions of realms and portals. He replied with his results.

If you are serious about fulfilling your God-given purpose, you must be aware of the results God desires from you. And how you should approach it. If the project comes from God, he will also have a plan for how you should complete it. At every stage, and every season, there should be something to report. Make sure you’re focused on your mission. If you live in a major city where there is much hustle and bustle, ensure the spirit of the city has not drowned your mission. Review your daily activities and check to see if they contribute to your mission.
