“Line upon line, precept upon precept… here a little, and there a little” (Isaiah 28:10). This is God’s way of building people. In the Kingdom, we grow. We do not jump. When it comes to your creativity and spiritual gifts, slow and steady is not a weakness, it’s wisdom. Rushing will leave you half-equipped for what God is calling you to do. The lessons you are learning now, even if they seem small, are shaping you for the future. Today’s faithfulness is tomorrow’s strength. Every season of learning, no matter how slow, is a building block in your destiny.
Think about it. Maybe right now you’re leading a small team, a small ministry, or a small business. It may feel insignificant, but God is using it to teach you leadership, problem-solving, and endurance. These lessons will be priceless when you’re entrusted with more. The Kingdom’s growth process is deliberate. God trains you in the little so you can handle the much. If you can not be faithful with little, you can not be faithful with plenty (Luke 16:10). If you skip the process, you skip the preparation. In God’s economy, the slow seasons are never wasted seasons. They are His classrooms for the next assignment.
So, don’t rush to print posters, host events, or launch big projects before your time. Don’t be in a hurry to “manifest” when you still need to be molded. Sit down. Learn. Observe. Serve. Build capacity. There is more than enough time for God to showcase you when the time is right. What matters is being ready when He opens the door. Remember, the Kingdom way is still line upon line, precept upon precept… here a little, there a little. If you stay faithful in the little, the much will come.
