As the sun rises on this new year, let your faith rise with it. Deuteronomy 1:11 carries a profound blessing: “The LORD God of your fathers make you a thousand times so many more as ye are, and bless you, as he hath promised you!” The promise in Deuteronomy 1:11 speaks to the abundant blessing and exponential growth that God can bring into our lives. This is not just a wishful thought but a powerful principle of divine multiplication. As you start this new year, believe that with God’s guidance, your business, work, or mission can grow far beyond your expectations.
According to the Bible, “all things are possible to him that believes.” To experience a thousandfold increase this year, first believe it is possible. You have to begin by painting a picture of what a thousandfold growth would look like for you. A creative, business-minded Christian could simply multiply their previous year’s earnings by 1,000 to arrive at a new figure. Then work with that figure for this year. Needless to say, that approach would not be suitable for everyone. Regardless of your mission, may you come to understand that 1000x growth is possible when you fully trust in the Lord.
1000x growth isn’t automatic; it requires divine alignment, strategic thinking, and intentional steps. You must work as hard and as intelligently as you can for as long as you can. Let prayer and meditation on God’s Word guide your strategies. Just as God promised the Israelites multiplication, seek His blessing for the work of your hands. At the same time, be open to innovation and partnerships. The secret here is to understand that to grow without limits, you have to serve without holding back. Divine growth comes when we love the world the same way our Lord, Jesus did. As we watch the world and serve, our works are established.
