John 10:10 (KJV) says, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” As long as there are forces that limit the potential of the human spirit, there will always be room for creativity and spiritual gifts to thrive. With our God-given creativity and spiritual gifts, we can find solutions to the problems that hinder human potential, such as banditry, terrorism, disease, and short life spans. Through these gifts, we can bring about abundant life and overcome these challenges.
For example, insecurity significantly limits human potential and productivity. In a secure country, people can travel freely at any time, fostering business growth, education, and personal development. However, in a country plagued by insecurity, fear of kidnappers and bandits forces people to travel cautiously and restrictively. This fear hinders productivity, discourages investment, and stifles progress. As the salt and light of the world, it is our challenge to address these issues. By utilizing our creativity and spiritual gifts, we can contribute to creating a safer environment, enabling people to reach their full potential and fostering a more prosperous society.
It is your job to use your creativity and spiritual gifts to increase human potential. Remember, 1 Corinthians 2:9 (ESV) says, “But, as it is written, ‘What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him.'” God can inspire you with ideas, concepts, and insights to solve any problem. Given enough time and resources, there is no problem you cannot solve. By tapping into this divine creativity, we can develop innovative solutions to the challenges we face, from insecurity to disease, and help create a world where human potential is fully realized.
