We are living in the age of AI. Everything is becoming faster. A chatbot can write your captions. AI can design your flyer in seconds. It can summarize books, answer emails, generate business ideas, and even help you code. But in the middle of all this speed, many people are forgetting something important: wisdom still matters. AI does not change the fact that wisdom is the principal thing (Proverbs 4:7). Understanding still matters. Strategy still matters. AI tools can make you faster, but they cannot decide where you should go. A fast-moving car without a driver still crashes. AI is powerful, but it cannot replace discernment, and spiritual sensitivity.
Take a simple business example. You need a graphic design for your company. AI can generate one. Fine. But when you hire a real designer, something deeper happens. A relationship is formed. That designer now knows your business. They may mention your company to somebody tomorrow. They may connect you to opportunities later. Goodwill has been created. Business is not only about speed. It is also about people, trust, relationships, and shared success. Many people are using AI to replace human connection completely, and that is a mistake. A business grows through networks, goodwill, reputation, and wisdom. Not only through automation and convenience.
Do not allow AI to replace your thinking life. Do not stop sitting in quietness to reflect, pray, meditate, and seek direction from God. Use AI to process what you already know to be true. Use it to support vision, not replace vision. The danger is not that machines are becoming intelligent. The danger is that human beings may stop thinking for themselves. God still wants to give ideas, wisdom, insight, and direction to people. Your greatest advantage will never just be access to tools. It will be clarity of purpose, depth of understanding, and the ability to hear clearly and think wisely in noisy times.
