If you truly believe in your business, you will show it by the way you act. Many people dream about their business, admire the big companies out there, and talk about their vision. But they do not believe enough to stay committed. The truth is simple: the only difference between the business you admire and the business you currently have is time. Big companies did not appear overnight. They took ten, twenty, or even fifty years to become what they are today. So if you have only been in business for five or ten years, why are you discouraged? Your results are still forming.
Think about the companies the world celebrates today. Apple started in 1976. It took decades before it became the global giant it is now. Dangote started trading cement in the late 1970s before the conglomerate evolved into what we see today. GTBank was founded in 1990 but only became a continental powerhouse after years of structure, discipline, and relentless work. These things take time. If you are building something, settle it in your heart that it will take longer than you expect. That is why the Bible says, “Much food is in the tillage of the poor” (Proverbs 13:23). If you work your land, results will surely come.
So go all in. Take yourself seriously. Take your business seriously. Show up every single day with the belief that your hard work is not wasted. Build systems, sharpen your skills, improve your products, serve your customers, and commit your work to God. It takes persistent effort to produce a future you will be proud of. Stop treating your business casually while envying companies that have spent decades in the trenches. Your own story is still being written. If God has blessed the work of your hands, then act like someone who believes it. Work your land. Stay in the fight. Your harvest will come.
