Be Grateful For Your Creativity And Spiritual Gifts

Sometimes life can feel heavy. You look around and wonder, “With all my brilliance and creativity, what have I done with it?” You feel your talents are wasting. You know you’re gifted. People have said it. Maybe you even believe it. But it hasn’t “shown” yet. You haven’t built the business, written the book, launched the project, or seen the results you hoped for. In times like this, you must guard your heart from bitterness and hopelessness. Instead of focusing on what is missing, look up. If you are alive, then there is still time. There is still God. There is still hope.

The Bible says, “A living dog is better than a dead lion.” In other words, being alive gives you a chance. You are not finished. You are not useless. You are not late. You have breath. You have gifts. You have the ability to pray, to try again, to believe again. Gratitude is powerful. It resets your heart and clears your eyes. When you complain constantly, your future becomes dim and your heart grows cold. But when you choose to thank God, even when you don’t feel like it, the light comes back. You start to see opportunities again.

Psalms 150:6 says, “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.” Build a gratitude tradition. Wake up and say, “Thank You, Jesus.” If your gift hasn’t taken off yet, thank God you still have it. If the ideas haven’t become income yet, thank God your mind is still working. Gratitude opens your life to joy, strength, and clarity. Do not live with a complaining spirit. That spirit ruins everything. Instead, train your soul to be grateful for every small thing. With time, you will see that thanksgiving is not just polite, it is prophetic. It prepares you for the future God has planned for you.
