Stop Thinking Problems And The Money That Will Solve It

You must be conscious of your success in terms of your God-given mission and the next steps. And not how much money you have now or how much money you need to earn next. Considering your life solely in terms of money is a surefire way to fail. This is because “money” is not real. Money is not a concept that exists spiritually. Productivity is real. Wealth is real. Value creation is real. But money is not real. One of the signs of a poverty-stricken mentality is that one can not think beyond Naira and Kobo.

A pastor should not be thinking, “oh, if I could just start earning ₦200,000 more every month.” He should rather focus on his work, and how he can reach more souls for Jesus. If you want “more money”, you should realise it is tied to your productivity. Peter found money in the mouth of the fish. If you want money, manifest more of what God has placed you on earth to do. A company doesn’t just make money out of empty air or vain imaginations. You begin by thinking and looking for how to reach more of your target audience, and serving them.

If all you think about day to day is your lack of money. And how you need money right now, it is a sign that your life is centered on your problems. Your life should focus on your purpose. The only thing you get by always complaining about money is pity. Praying and thinking about your purpose on the other hand will bring you resources in terms of people, equipment, materials, and also, money. Jesus asked that we seek first the kingdom of God, and its righteousness. If you can seek out the work God wants you to do, then you can pray to receive resources to get it done.
